⚡️👀 TECH - Meta is reportedly developing a new line of AI-powered workplace devices called “Wearables for Work.”

One of the most interesting products is an AI pendant worn around the neck that acts as a personal assistant throughout the day.

The device is expected to handle tasks such as:
- taking meeting notes
- creating summaries
- tracking action items
- organizing information automatically.

Users could interact with the AI naturally and hands-free instead of pulling out a phone or opening an app.

#Bigbrother is here. The thing will very quickly have opinions about bio/coffee breaks, time spent chatting to your colleagues, etc. I can just see my LM pull up the stats of the last month and say "this looks odd..." with a concerned frown. No thanks.

Yeah that shit is rightfully banned from workplaces in EU with GDPR laws.

Cool, it's just a pity that a human is still needed to bring around that device but I'm sure this downside will soon be removed.
