This pictures slightly less than half of this deck. 1000 sq/ft about 100 of that a third story deck. It was a huge job and I had to replace all of the siding and trim that terminated at the deck bc it was rotten. Also found an entire exterior wall that had massive water intrusions from the second story windows. So had to tear that apart and rebuild it. Good times.
