My 9yo really wants to try vegetarianism.
We’re 1000% supportive but I’m not a veg so I don’t have a deep veggie cookbook and she’s not the bravest eater…

@nprofile1q... we do a black bean and sweet potato enchilada every now and then that's a big hit for us. Not vegetarians, but meatless dinners happen occasionally.
