The fact is that at the beginning of the war, in schools that were not in use, for example during the summer, there were cases where military personnel were stationed there. I personally know of a couple of cases where rockets hit those locations and Ukrainian soldiers were killed. Such news usually does not reach the public domain; I knew about it simply because I lived nearby. But probably since the summer of 2022, I haven't heard of any more cases of soldiers being stationed in schools. However, russians continue to strike schools out of habit and because their intelligence is poor.

Dude, Odesa is nowhere near front lines. There is zero excuse to hit that school. Not to mention, every single shot fired by a Russian soldier is a criminal act to begin with. They have zero justification to attack Ukraine. Russians are just evil. Don't make excuses for it.
