Fucking GCI Alaska Internet. I called to report an outage, was told there was none, nor any maintenance in the area. I go to check the cables in the back, and see a guy on a ladder to the telephone pole. It was nice to get an immediate confirmation from across the yard, but I don't envy the next support tech who had to hear my frustration pretending there was no issue and asking me to wait for a callout at god-knows when.
