There are pitfalls. Did you roll 5 at once? How did you decide what order to write them down in? That's probably the biggest issue more than any skew correction, as your brain WILL look for patterns.

Doing it really right will involve limiting actual rolling, ensuring you remove bias your hand may impart, and as I mentioned, skew correction for the truly paranoid, which can make it more like 512 rolls for a 24 word seed.

But still, it's not hard. It's tedious.
