Esp32 mini, Buttons and a OLED screen with no touch. $8 total. Need to modify firmware a bit to do buttons instead of touchscreen. But all in all I can probably manufacturer the whole thing for $15 parts cost. Wholesale could probably get that under $10.

Touchscreens are expensive.
