My comment presumes your entropy isn't flawed in the first place. If that's broken, sure it's more secure with a passphrase. It's less secure than 12 words.

More nostr clients should implement and show dislikes. It's the same thing as a reaction. The default reaction is an event kind 7 with a "+" for the content. "-" denotes dislike reaction. I'd rather have a reddit/pre YouTube style client than an emoji filled reaction client.
