IBM doesn't want anyone removing systemd from their Fedora and Red Hat projects, so I get why. However, it'd be real cool if someone was able to find a way to strip systemd out of Fedora or Red Hat, like what Artix did to Arch.

The non-Rust and non-systemd thing I'm interested in, since I happened to use Artix myself (OpenRC is what I use, though I don't mind learning dinit either).
