I'm not sure what you mean by most of this. I've been on Nostr for over a year now and it's only looked like this as of today 🤷♀️
It's confusing when things change just when I feel like I've gotten a handle on it. I put a lot of work into cleaning up my relays and structuring my feed. Now it seems I am back to square one.
