After cutting bread and pasta, I found my sugar cravings have mostly disappeared. Still eating fruit/veg, along with more meat, chicken and fish. I can see more definition in my stomach than I've seen...
Let’s go fam! Cutting out that stuff is great. It’s best to reduce down to simplicity and allow your body to utilize what it’s meant to. Also, pay attention to the light you consume and during what parts of the day; ie blue light from devices. Really messes with your mitochondrial light and dark cycles
