well... i'm in my 40's and i think time has decided to come after me after all...
sat tru work today continuously nosebleeding...
by blood pressure was always pretty high (even as a kid), but i think it finally reached a point where i have to admit that i need to take some medics for that...
my colesterine also is a bit higher than my doc would like to see...
so i might become diabetic after all too...

guys, i tell you...
