Calibre (https://calibre-ebook.com; either UI or cli convert) —> Apple Shortcuts “Make Spoken Audio from” (with premium Jamie or other voices). Can do full ebooks. If you go fancy, add ffmpeg and normalise and compress the audiofile as last in the audiochain.
