100,000% this. I now have evening lighting that's 1800K lamps. And during the day I still have the warm white leds everywhere else.
My gauge for when to switch is when the white light seems unnatural, so I turn them off and start the "firelights." No screens of mine emit blue light after dark. And I no longer have any urge to work late anyway.
