Today, I got up at 2:30 am, steppend on my scale, put on my running clothes, did my warm-up, then went back to bed. I almost fell asleep several times during the warm-up, so there was no chance of having a good run. Better that way, two more hours of sleep added to my schedule, yay. #running #sleep
