Most any #Android phone can operate that way. You can remove the #sim and just use the #internet for #phone service. You might be able to accomplish the same thing just by hitting airplane mode🙂

I used my ipod touch with skype (I think 🤔) back in the day, you just had to hold it upside down because the mic was at the top & speakers were at the bottom.
