Okay, I have internet trouble. On both my desktop and my laptop, I can connect, to my home wi-fi, but not to any other wi-fi point, including tethering to my phone.
I suspect this has been an issue ...

Is `dhcpcd` running? It shouldn’t be if you’re using NetworkManager.
