I did not have vestibular neuritis and/or full blown BPPV on my bingo sheet, but here we are.

Spent yesterday lying on the couch, trying not to move my head at all, and quite nauseous. At least I can say that today is already better, I can move again without wanting to puke.

Probably a side effect of the cold I had recently. I'm somewhat optimistic I'll get it managed quickly thanks to a lot of experience with vertigo.

But JFC, this year is really something... 😕
