That sucks! Been thinking of a way to ask my followers on the other platforms to find me on nostr. But don't want to mention the word nostr because I will get instantly shadow banned 🤔
I tried this for a bit on X ~ a year ago. It literally destroyed my visibility instantly. If I were to post there 4-5 people would see the Xeet and I'd have to disable my VPN to post it. I believe Instagram is no different.
