If you assume all knowledge comes from scientific method, you are left wondering how people even survived in the past. Science is not the most direct way to access information from the world.

Everything physical can be described by vibrations and frequencies.Information is embedded in physical states.so even crystals can store information in a strict physical sense. Which means to me matter = structured energy = physical information. Source: trust me bro 🤷‍♂️
