Ah, i see. So it's possible that since Monero is the only high bandwidth requirement application that I've ever used over I2P that I'm getting skewed bad results. The only things I've done over I2P is load web pages, which works alright, and tried Monero, which doesn't work well at all. So maybe that's why I'm seeing such low speeds. Perhaps other applications would work better, but I don't have a need for other applications over I2P at this moment, so the only application I've ever tried was Monero.
