Is raw nettle added and then cooked during pizza making or do you grind up with basil?
Fresh nettle and fresh basil blended together the same way you would make normal pesto! There are so many variations you can use lots of different plant/herbs, but always basil as a base. My absolute favorite is garlic scape pesto 😋
