@nprofile1q... We really like ours, and answering the question, "Is this a good plan?" is her whole job. I don't THINK we explicitly pay her, either, although 'San would know for sure. I think maybe she gets a percent on the value of our investments, which incentivizes her directly to make us more valuable. Anyway, I recommend it!
