It’s a soft fork that goes back to older consensus. Rdts is a reduced data soft fork. So if you think it’s “censorship” then you are saying Satoshi was censoring spam in 2010, when he blocked bitdns from flooding the network with domain names. Or Cores original client was censorship because it had a smaller op return.
More importantly people who claim it’s censorship to fight spam are ultimately claiming Bitcoin isn’t money but a free data storage system.
That doesn’t scale. Allowing for chain bloat instead of monetary transactions centralizes Bitcoin. If you still don’t believe me… look at what’s happening to Eth.
