"Humanity deserves extinction" is not nihilism.
"Deserves" is a claim of justice.
Justice requires a standard of righteousness.
So either your condemnation has moral weight, and nihilism is false, ...

It doesn't matter whether it's true or false, or what I or you don't/believe because NOTHING MATTERS!
Since nothing matters, we might as well get to the end of it already. I'm not saying to actively kill or even forcibly sterelize people, just stop having them. Although it really doesn't matter either way.
