"Bitcoin community" is such a misrepresentation. It doesn't encompass the full reality. Most of it is just influencers trying to pump their bags. The real builders spend their time building, away from from the noise of the crowds. So perhaps they're not so loud, but I bet they are addressing the real problems as they've been doing it since Bitcoin inception.
