Seems particularly helpful when dealing with filing official complaints or when disputing rejected health insurance claims, dealing with internet providers etc etc. I've been using my agent several times in the last few months to get clarification on legal matters and/or to draft a complain citing the appropriate § when filing such complaints or claim rejections.
