Those are cute. I'd worry that the petal shapes would raise the amount of ice melt, which is the big benefit of spherical ice, but you're probably still better off than smaller cubes. And style counts for SOMETHING...

Seems like they'd be particularly good for cocktails sporting a splash of rosewater (or ice cubes CONTAINING rosewater...).
