Streaming a warm water saline rinse (yogis use a "neti pot", but you can use any small spouted cup) through each nostril will help clear congestion... CK out this article if you're not familiar
Inhaling Eucalyptus steam is also beneficial.
Ginger-lemongrass tea is also useful to open/flush the lymphatic channels.
Pressing Marma points along each side of the nose can also help open channels and move stagnation (see attached photo...if any of those points feel tender, gently press for 1 minute each)
