Sorry you're dealing with this.

Warm water saline rinse of the nostrils will flush out the pollen so the cilia in your nose can continue to filter at peak capacity.

It's like changing your HVAC air filter.

If some pollen has entered your lungs and causing irritation there, a little ginger root and licorice root tea will soothe the membranes there...

So does a user have to "opt in" to this by selecting "verify your account"?

I still use linkedin bc of bills that need to be paid... and my network is larger there than here. But I haven't verified my account because it seemed unnecessary. I'm networking....people can see who I'm linked to.
