The more I learn, the more I realize the best diet for old folks (and pretty much all folks) is heavily based on high quality, pastured eggs, raw A2 milk, and grass fed beef & steak (I get my creatine nowadays from my steak). Oh and importantly, severely disrespecting seed oils. There’s a lot more than just these things to a healthy, balanced diet, but these 4 or so things keep bubbling to the top for me.
