I'd go for ender3. If you start printing more I'd recommend building an insulated housing with the extruder servo mounted on the outside. Results in less electricity consumption, less printing problems (warp, adhesion) and overall better and cleaner prints.

If you can double your budget and go up a generation that would save you a lot of pain... maybe to the Prusa MK3S or MK4 (open source hardware, made in EU and parts are generic), check your local 2nd hand marketplaces.
