@Max @freemymind 🇨🇭 Wouldn’t IP laws help prevent monopolies that can forever crush new entrants? If Amazon could rip off every single IP protected hardware without consequences, their infinite budget would always allow them to outcompete against startups with better ideas, no?

You need much more than just capital to be successful. And again, they wouldn't steal from anyone in this case. A business does not own the future purchase decisions of future customers, that would be slavery.
