No solution without significant security drawback. My biggest hope was Frostr, but the finished design is not that different than a remote signer that you can just grant access to any key you want. No need for the frost stuff.

When there are no easy solutions, you look for the tractable ones. Social proof is the missing ingredient to make tractable key rotation solutions.
