Yes -- you regenerate new shares, but keep the same npub (and technically, the same nsec they're derived from, which I think is why @Vitor Pamplona is less than enthused). It at least lets you reduce the attack surface on your nsec even beyond what amber or nos2x offer though. If your full key is ever compromised, you're still out of luck though, and at the mercy of nip05, WoT, and the not much else.
