I made beef liver with onions. I'm pretty sure I did it right. But man I hate the taste liver. I love the warm feeling it gives you though. Makes you feel alive.

Gotta start small I guess. But now I have so much liver and onions 😩

I like the taste but not the texture. It’s crazy the color and smell of your pee after a fat dose of beef liver. It’s like the post multivitamin piss but not nearly as nasty.

I buy ground beef that has 5% beef liver and 5% beef heart. I've tried several ways of cooking each on their own and the texture gets to me. So the ground beef mixture is the best I can do

The only way liver tastes good to me is slice it up cook like a steak medium rear. Or cube it in small pieces and freeze and eat raw with salt and MCT oil only thawed out a little.
