On the technical side (not the UX/personal-preference angle): look for NIP-17 support specifically, not the older NIP-04. NIP-17 gift-wraps the message (NIP-59) with NIP-44 encryption and a throwaway ephemeral outer key, so relays only ever see two random-looking pubkeys, not who's actually talking ...
