Okey. You’ll crush it either way! You mean that hyrox is so much harder that running feels easier at faster paces? I will look inte running München too.. 😄

Image Hyrox Training as a combination of tempo intervals with strength training for upper body / core / lower body muscle groups. Most of the exercises are done in zone 4 to 5. It does not make you run faster but your body can handle the load better when you go fast. That’s my experience.

It’s two months after my 100 miler. Maybe I can get back into some sort of shape?… have to think it over a little bit. Would be real fun! This is what I am thinking too. Makes a lot of sense. I wonder how much that impacts how much energy you can’t use for running and get better at running...
