i did alot of research and read studies before i started taking methylene blue. because of that, one of the things i’ve noticed, as it has become more popular, is that the dosages on ALL of the retail bottles ive seen are wrong. or at least do not reflect the minimum dosages listed in the studies to achieve the desired results. which is leading me to start researching other supplements, as im sure this phenomenon is not isolated.

I do know that the recommended daily intake of micronutrients is wildly innacurate or made up, so this doesn't surprise me.

I looked into it and hit a wall when trying to figure out proper dosage + the variance in quality and reputable of any of the sellers of it. Do you have a recommended brand, vendor, and regimen you can recommend?
