If you place something really thick on top, like pesto and sliced tomatoes. That would call for maybe 15 min.

Can't believe how many recipes say to bake for half an hour. GROSS. How does anyone eat that?

I get into this discussion every time, but the CP won't listen. When you put salmon in the oven, it will cook in 1/2 to 1/3 the time if it's on a metal sheet as opposed to pyrex or ceramic. A pizza stone slows it down even more, unless you let it soak for 15 minutes after it's preheated. The ceramic...
