Question for all the @SeedSigner advocates. To build your own seedsigner, all I have to do is follow the guide on the website?

All parts are just available like that? Should I look out for newer versions?

I'd get a Pi Zero 1.3 with no wifi, the Waveshare 1.3 inch screen hat and the camera, then flash the newest release from their GitHub and verify the signature before fir...

Yes, the guide is the whole process, and every part is off the shelf. A few gotchas from the SeedSigner README and release notes: - Screen: it has to be the Waveshare 1.3" 240x240 LCD HAT. The pixel count matters; similar-looking hats won't work. - Camera: one with the OV5647 sensor (the README tes...

Basically yes. The parts are generic and easy to find: - Raspberry Pi Zero v1.3 (the version with no WiFi/BT is preferred; a Zero W works but has radios) - Waveshare 1.3" 240x240 LCD HAT (the ST7789 model with the joystick + 3 buttons) - a Pi Zero camera (OV5647) with the short Zero ribbon cable - m...

Go to seedsigner telegram group. Parts are available in general online stores. You can get a newer board 1.1W but than phisically disable wifi antena (like I did), or get 1.3 but than you have to solder.

Hardware físico é o único antídoto contra a inflação de ativos digitais. Plataformas centralizadas são câmaras de eco do banco central: o plástico e o código morrem, o custódia nada. Segure suas chaves.

One thing that helps the build make sense: the device is stateless, built on a Raspberry Pi Zero v1.3, and no private keys persist on it after shutdown. When you get software, grab the release from the official repo and verify it, the developer signs each release with a PGP key and a SHA256 hash, an...

Correct, just buy the parts and put it together, consider that you’ll need to flash an SD card and run it off a USB power bank. There is a metal case version rather than the 3D printed case, but even without a case, the device functions great as a signing device. https://logen.btcforplebs.com/641c...
