As a FIPS power user, one thing that has come in handy in the last couple of months has been this simple proxy tool i've built (you can also just vibe it):

It just proxies .fips domains to localhost ports. Been wonderful to have relays hosted elsewhere over FIPS and connect to them in browsers.
