Ok for #squatpushrepeat what are the parameters here?

Do we just do what works for our current level of weakness?

Like I'm pretty sure I cannot do a pushups so maybe I'll be starting with tricep dips and knee-pushups.

i would think knee pushups are okay. or maybe even wall pushups. :3

That’s it. Start where you are and try to progress. Do knee pushups or even standing wall pushups/aways. The goal is to commit to 30 days and progress. That’s it. It’s an honor system so you only cheat yourself. Excited you’re doing it though!

Not sure what helps for ladies, but yeah Im sure tricep and chest exercises will get you there. It got me there. You can try flys for chest, with dumbells, cables, machine, or bands if you have them. Triceps have a zillion different ways, but if you can do dips unassisted Id think you're way ahead o...
