My 2 SATS. Twitter/X is very useful but it’s a one way street. Use it anon & don’t post. Curate your feed & check it once or twice daily for anything relevant. Clean, simple & informative. Nostr does an ok job of pulling from X but it misses the mark.

NOSTR is cool, but if you actually care about getting the latest real time info X is clearly still the better choice. NOSTR hasn’t yet reached critical mass.
