Egg lady dropped off a delivery to me today and she gave me a couple of duck eggs to try (on the right).

Scrambling them is the best way to make them taste like chicken eggs for those that don't enjoy their delicious thinker yoke. Its a bit 'chalky' so texture is mostly what some don't like.
