Annoyingly, you can go in from the Ting home page and choose a $10/mo plan but if you go through their "activation flow" they only offer a $25/mo option. Still cheaper, but come on. We have to pop the old SIMs back IN and send him home til he can get his Verizon details. He can probably do the rest on his own, or I'll see him next week.

He accidentally set himself up with a passkey in Outlook and it's confusing and bothersome to him. We have to sign in to Microsoft approximately six times to remove this passkey which he never wanted and did not understand. Also his phone requires his six digit unlock code every time he puts it down...
