My buddies were fucking around on the golf course yesterday (and I didn't get the memo). The guy driving my cart took a hard left at full speed, while I took a hard right.

Is it just me or does the ground get harder with age? I woke up feeling the hug it gave me.

This once happened to me as a child, the cart went over the top of me, I bounced right up apparently. Later needing a staple in my head is a minor side note 😅

We forget how to fall. Also braking strength is a different skill than accelerating strength. A breakfall is braking strength. Most of adult life and most forms of training focus on accelerating strength. Jumping into my truck bed was fine but I noticed I couldn't just jump down any more. BJJ and ...
