Interesting… here our farmers make a cacao wine, basically the juice off the seed during fermentation is collected over those 7 days and left to ferment to alcohol. Would this be the same thing? Or have they added cacao to the wine? That sounds a bit weird but interested to know more about the Cho...

I always assume that Coco le Vin was just wine with chocolate added. But I could be wrong. Anyway it is delicious.
