They are setup in a beautiful almost decentralized governance with remnants and possibilities of federalism and confederalism, basically being almost there with the autonomy zones and such. Most beautiful muslim country system(and we are in a drought of good systems or anything close in the sad dictatorship loving statist centralized cattle muslim world), closest to the medina constitution and najran treaty of the prophet pbuh, albeit still nationalistic and vague with some harshness in laws here and there and an inherit corruption sadly in governance because it's still too bureaucratic of a system and too centralized.
