I swear I am dealing with the most fucktarded apple dev support person in the entire world... they have got to be literally drooling at the mouth braindead. This is insane.
I once got an issue with iCloud synchronization, the support told me that they can not help me and the situation is too complex for them to handle, they asked me to seek help from a genius bar, ended up solving the issue myself (thanks to codex)
